The McGowanFitness Program carries a 60-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date in the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Should you experience any difficulty or delay in securing the proper refund, please visit our online Customer Service Center and submit a ticket. We will respond typically within 24 hours if during normal business hours.
ORDER AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

ETP shall have the right to bar your access to and use of the Site if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have provided untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete information to ETP. You agree that if you are ordering or purchasing products on behalf of a company, that you have sufficient authority to bind that company to the Terms. All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars. ETP may prohibit delivery to addresses outside the United States and Canada. ETP will add shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/use tax. ETP reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products offered on the Site without incurring any obligation to you. Products displayed on this Site are available while supplies last, and digital products may not be available. SHIPPING
Unless otherwise noted, ETP will use its best efforts to ship products within four weeks of the receipt of a properly completed order. However, any delivery or shipment date provided by ETP to you is ETP’s good-faith estimate. You understand that product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery. ETP shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. ETP cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
